Is belial not who we think he is (huge spoiler)

I heard this audio-file and should this be true - holy shit! the lore might be a lot cooler than expected.
(Might be a huuuuge spoiler, so be careful clicking it!)

 

 If this is true than, well, Belial is indeed the LORD OR LIES. A similar theory has been created somebody and back then I just thought "this is to good to be true", but now with this audio file... maybe it's just good enough to be true.
