An interesting observation about tooltip damage listings

On my monk just now, I noticed that the tooltip damage numbers for Mantra of Evasion - Backlash damage change with attack speed.

When I have only my MH weapon equipped, it is 50% weapon damage, whereas with my OH weapon equipped as well, it is 58% weapon damage. I presume this is to compensate the lack of attack speed being featured into the damage otherwise.

I just thought this was interesting. Does anyone else know of any other skills that do this?
