World of Warcraft: Shadowlands – Is the wait is nearly over?

With the wait for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands reaching fever pitch, everyone is waiting to get their hands on the new expansion. However, is the game going to be worth the wait? Ever since Blizzard HQ announced their intention to release the new pack, players have been drip fed small teasers of what is to come from the eighth addition to the series.

So, what is going to be the premise for the new game? Shadowlands picks up right after the Battle for Axzeroth. We find that the Horde's Warchief, Sylvanas Windrunner has been cast out and is no longer a warchief. We follow her as she travels to the Icecrown Citadel and comes face to face with the Lich King - Bolvar Fordragon. After removing Bolvar’s helm, she opens a portal to the Shadowlands and so, a new quest begins.

World of Warcraft is one of the most popular multiplayer role-playing games in the world now. Its main concepts and elements have inspired all types of games such as Battlemania, a roleplaying game where you defend the various realms against invading monsters. Check out Battle Mania at casino site, Aspers.

Shadowlands also features a number of new zones. There’s also a new player hub as well. It’s called Oribos. The endgame zone is known as The Maw. There is also a level called the Bastion which is home to the Kyrian. You will also get to discover Maldraxxus, Ardenweald, and Revendreth as you travel through the new levels. Each of these new worlds is filled with action and adventure, they are bound to bring a smile to the face of any world of warcraft fan.

We do know that the new game is going to feature a “level squish”. Although this feature did feature in two other games in the past, it is set to make a return in Shadowlands. The expansion level has been set for 60 this time out. However, players that reached the level cap of 120 on Battle for Azeroth will be able to squish down to level 50 on the new game. It is still uncertain if this will apply to all levels below 120 on the new pack.

Blizzard has also added the Covenants feature. This will let you roam around the new zones and make pacts with the various factions you come across. If you help them, they will reward you with different types of equipment and new abilities. When you reach a new level cap, you can choose a covenant and a faction. Then you’ll begin a long quest which makes up Shadowlands’ endgame.

There will also be a collector’s edition of the pack coming our way as well. The pack will include the level 120 boost for the characters and the Ensorcelled Everwyrm flying mount. Players will also find some cool items such as 30 days for game time, the game soundtrack, an art book, Pins for each of the expansion's four covenants, and a Shadowlands mousepad.

We’ll have to wait just a tiny bit longer to discover what awaits in the latest installment of World of Warcraft. Don’t fret, the release date is not too far off!
