Another End Game Mechanic for Paragon 1-100 players


I Propose a new incentive system for Paragon 1-100 players.

Some merchants will be selling New Scrolls (Permanent Effect) for a hefty amount of Gold+Brimstones+Demonic Essences!
  • Scroll of +1 Fire Resistance
  • Scroll of +1 Cold Resistance
  • Scroll of +1 Poison Resistance
  • Scroll of +1 Lightning Resistance
  • Scroll of +10 Armor
  • Scroll of +100 Health Globe Bonus
  • Scroll of +10 Life On Hit
  • Scroll of +0.2% Reduction from Crowd Control Effects

The following Scrolls (Permanent Effect) will be available at a cost of Hellfire Ring(s)+Gold+Brimstones+Demonic Essences each. This means, Paragon Levels gives you something that scales your DPS per Level Up.
  • Scroll of +1 Black Damage
  • Scroll of +1 Fire Damage
  • Scroll of +1 Cold Damage
  • Scroll of +1 Poison Damage
  • Scroll of +1 Lightning Damage
  • Scroll of +0.3% Damage VS Elites
  • Scroll of +0.25% Movement Speed <-- (Very Expensive) Eventually makes you independent from +MS on Gear.

Some merchants will be selling Consumable Vials (Timed Effect), available at a cost of Any Item+Gold+Brimstones+Demonic Essences.
  • Wears off after 10 Days. Can consume up to 1 per type at a time. Highers stats require more gold.
  • Vial of +Strength <-- Adds Strength computed as: (Item Strength / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +Intelligence <-- Adds Intelligence computed as: (Item Intelligence / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +Dexterity <-- Adds Dexterity computed as: (Item Dexterity / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +Vitality <-- Adds Vitality computed as: (Item Vitality / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +% Life Steal <-- Adds Life Steal computed as: (Life Steal / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +% Crit Chance <-- Adds Crit Chance computed as: (Crit Chance / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +% Crit Damage <-- Adds Crit Damage computed as: (Crit Damage / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +% Attack Speed <-- Adds Attack Speed computed as: (Attack Speed / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +% Movement Speed <-- Adds Movement Speed computed as: (Movement Speed / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vile of +% Reduction from Crowd Control Effects <-- Adds Crowd Control Redux computed as: (Crowd Control Redux / 100) * Paragon Level
  • Vial of +% Damage VS Elites <-- Adds Damage VS Elites computed as: (Damage VS Elites / 100) * Paragon Level
Limit 100 Scrolls Per Player:

A Paragon 7 character cannot exceed consuming 7 of each type of scroll.
A Paragon 65 character cannot exceed consuming 65 of each type of scroll.
A Paragon 100 character cannot exceed consuming 100 of each type of scroll.

Scroll and Vials Cost Increase with Paragon Level
The higher your Paragon Level, the more expensive each scroll and vial gets.

It's like building your character while making decisions!
You can't get all the scrolls at once that fast, they will cost gold, brimstones, and DE's; They increase in cost as you buy more. This presents a nice decision-making process because you want to make sure that the scrolls you pick works well with your builds!
