Diablo 4’s latest descent into darkness includes an otter.
Blizzard has released its BlizzCon 2026 Digital Bundle for Diablo IV, offering three cosmetic items for $29.99.
Players receive the Streamsnout pet, an Indigo Cat Mount and the Escapeproof Mount Armor.
It is a mystical purple cat wearing protective equipment while a small otter follows the player through Sanctuary.
Hell has changed.
What Is Included In The Diablo 4 BlizzCon Bundle?
The Diablo IV BlizzCon Bundle contains three in-game cosmetics:
- Streamsnout pet
- Indigo Cat Mount
- Escapeproof Mount Armor
The bundle costs $29.99 and is available through the Battle.net Shop.
There is no gameplay power included.
The otter does not improve Mythic drop rates, repair broken War Plans or explain why your best item rolled the wrong affix.
It simply follows you around looking considerably happier than anyone living in Sanctuary has a right to be.
Streamsnout Is The Real Headline
Blizzard may describe all three rewards as part of the package, but the otter is clearly doing most of the commercial work.
Streamsnout is a companion pet that follows the player while exploring Sanctuary.
Diablo 4 has gradually expanded its selection of pets, mounts and increasingly adorable creatures placed beside landscapes filled with corpses.
The tonal contrast has become part of the game’s cosmetic identity.
Your character may be walking through a village where every resident has been turned inside out by demons.
Behind them is a small otter having an excellent afternoon.
The Indigo Cat Is Not Exactly Subtle
The bundle also includes the Indigo Cat Mount.
It is a large mystical feline with a bright purple and blue appearance that should be difficult to lose in a dark dungeon.
The Escapeproof Mount Armor completes the set by giving the cat its own BlizzCon-themed protection.
Mount access must be unlocked in Diablo 4 before either the Indigo Cat or its armor can be used.
That is unlikely to matter for established players, but newer accounts cannot purchase the bundle and immediately ride the cat out of the tutorial.
First, the game requires you to complete several hours of grim survival.
Then you earn the right to travel by magical convention cat.
The Bundle Is Available Until September 28
The Diablo IV BlizzCon Digital Bundle is available until September 28, 2026.
Blizzard is selling separate digital bundles for Diablo IV, Diablo Immortal, World of Warcraft, Overwatch and Hearthstone.
Players can purchase only the Diablo IV package rather than buying cosmetics for games they do not play.
That is a welcome improvement over collections where one desirable item is buried beneath twelve rewards for other Blizzard games.
It also means Diablo players can spend $29.99 specifically on an otter without receiving a Hearthstone card they will never look at.
The Ultimate Collection Costs $49.99
Blizzard is also offering a BlizzCon Ultimate Collection for $49.99.
This larger package includes everything from all five individual digital bundles.
For Diablo IV, it also adds two additional mount trophies:
- Indigo’s Light Mount Trophy
- Indigo’s Master Mount Trophy
The Ultimate Collection is included with a BlizzCon Pass, provided the pass is linked to a Battle.net account within Blizzard’s stated deadline.
Players who first purchase the individual Diablo IV bundle can later upgrade to the Ultimate Collection while it remains available.
That is useful for anyone who begins with an otter and later discovers the dangerous gateway into collecting cosmetics for five different games.
Thirty Dollars For Three Cosmetics
The price will inevitably be the main point of disagreement.
$29.99 is substantial for one pet, one mount and one set of mount armor.
There is no Platinum included.
There is no Battle Pass.
There is no expansion content, character power or gameplay feature.
It is a cosmetic bundle tied to BlizzCon.
Players who like the designs may consider that sufficient. Players who do not care about pets and mounts can safely continue murdering demons without a convention-themed feline.
The bundle is refreshingly honest about what it is.
It does not promise value through a complicated currency conversion or hide the desirable reward at the end of a premium progression track.

Diablo 4’s Cosmetic Tone Keeps Getting Stranger
Diablo 4 launched with a bleak visual identity.
The world was muddy, violent and filled with religious horror.
Most early armor sets looked like they had been assembled from iron, leather and the remains of someone who made a poor conversational choice.
The cosmetic catalogue has gradually become broader.
Players now have colorful mounts, pets and outfits that sit far outside the game’s original grim palette.
That does not necessarily damage Diablo’s atmosphere.
Optional cosmetics are exactly that: optional.
But the contrast becomes increasingly funny.
A tortured villager warns that Mephisto’s corruption is consuming the land.
The hero listens carefully while standing beside an indigo cat dressed for BlizzCon.
Pets Have Become Part Of Diablo 4’s Sales Strategy
Companion pets are particularly effective cosmetic rewards because players see them constantly.
A mount appears while travelling.
Armor may disappear beneath spell effects and crowded combat.
A pet follows the character through towns, dungeons and open-world activities.
Pets also benefit from having a personality that can be communicated immediately through screenshots and promotional art.
Streamsnout does not need a complicated lore explanation.
It is an otter.
People understand the product.

The Bundle Does Not Include Diablo Immortal Rewards
Diablo Immortal has its own separate BlizzCon bundle priced at $24.99.
That package includes a Familiar transmog, a portal cosmetic, Legendary Crests, Telluric Pearls and a two-star Legendary Gem.
Buying the Diablo IV bundle alone does not unlock those rewards.
Players who want both packages can purchase them separately or consider the Ultimate Collection.
The distinction matters because Blizzard’s broader BlizzCon promotion displays the rewards for several games together.
Do not purchase the Diablo IV bundle expecting the Immortal resources to appear.
The otter has many talents.
Cross-game accountancy is apparently not one of them.
There Are A Few Purchase Restrictions
Each Battle.net account is limited to one purchase of each individual BlizzCon bundle.
Blizzard also warns that obtaining multiple bundles through storefronts outside Battle.net could interfere with the option to upgrade to the Ultimate Collection.
Players considering a later upgrade should therefore purchase carefully and keep the collection on the same Battle.net account.
The cosmetics also require an internet connection and access to Diablo IV.
The bundle does not include the game itself.
This Is Probably Going To Sell Extremely Well
Diablo 4 players regularly criticise premium cosmetic pricing.
They also enjoy pets.
These facts are about to meet in the Battle.net Shop.
The Indigo Cat is striking, the mount armor matches it and Streamsnout has been engineered in a laboratory to appear in social media screenshots.
The $29.99 price will be too high for many players.
Others will buy it immediately because they have already imagined the otter following their Barbarian into a field of dismembered demons.
Blizzard understands the assignment.
Diablo 4’s BlizzCon bundle is not selling power.
It is selling the ability to bring a small aquatic mammal into Hell.
Somehow, that may be the easier pitch.
